* The FDA says they will soon tests for traces of RoundUp (Glyphosate) in our food.

* Your Parmesan cheese may not be Parmesan at all. (P.S. It's always better to grate your own. Not only does it taste better, but pre-grated cheeses often contain chemicals blocks of cheese do not.)

* Here's more about "natural ingredients" (i.e. wood pulp) in our food supply.

* A lot of Christians argue that wheat can't be bad for you, since it was a staple food in the Bible. What they don't realize is that modern wheat is nothing like ancient wheat. So I found this post about Einkorn wheat really interesting. It's supposedly tolerated by many who can't eat gluten. (Please note that modern wheat is different because it's hybridized. This is an ancient gardening practice, and one that often happens in nature. It should not be confused with creating GMOs; those can only be created in a lab. And, in fact, there is no GMO wheat grown in farmer's fields. It is only grown in labs. For more on GMOs available to consumers, click here.)

* A very simple way to get the air out of freezer bags when you don't want to use a straw...say, in the case of raw meat.
