In fact, I ran out a while...I love canned chicken. In fact, I ran out a while back and I have had a terrible time with my meal planning as a result. The thought of defrosting and then having to cook the meat before I can actually put it into whatever it is that I'm making just overwhelms me. :) I'm waiting for a good deal on chicken so I can stock up again. I have a freezer full of deer and elk meat that I'm considering putting into jars.
